This policy explains what personal data N&N Solutions BV ("we") collects when you visit this website or buy Paycheck to Debt-Free, and how we use it.
The data controller is N&N Solutions BV, 't Hof 64, 8730 Beernem, Belgium.
When you buy: your email address, billing country and address, and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
When you visit: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to deliver the website and protect it. We count visits per link (for example "?src=yt"), country and device type, without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
When you email us: your email address and the content of your message.
The Sheet itself: your copy lives in your own Google account. We cannot see the numbers you type into it.
To deliver the Sheet and send your receipt, to handle refunds and support (performance of a contract), to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation), and to keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest). We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

We do not use advertising cookies. The payment page run by Stripe uses cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention.
Purchase and invoice records: 7 years (Belgian accounting law). Support emails: up to 2 years.
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing neshproltd@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
